NO CHILDREN
There will be no children in the salon unless they are scheduled for an appointment for reasons of liability as well as customer comfort and quality of service.
PROPERTIES OF THE SPA
Robes, slippers, and locker keys must be returned to the front desk upon check out. There is a $25 charge for each item that is not returned.
PERSONAL PROPERTY
Please keep valuables with you at all times. Capriccio is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
MERCHANDISE & COSMETIC RETURNS
Unused merchandise may be returned within 10 days for store credit only. All cosmetic and hair accessories may not be returned at any time. Please choose carefully!
